Arusha National Park is the closest park to Arusha town. The park is one of the smallest but most diverse National Parks in Tanzania. The entrance gate leads you into the forest where you can spot blue monkeys and the black-and-white colobus monkeys.

It provides you with beautiful views of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro. There are waterfalls and the Momela Lake attracts a wide variety of water birds, particularly thousands of flamingos. You can also spot elephants, hippos, giraffes, zebras, buffalos and much more wildlife.
